Groove Awards promising artiste of the year Bahati is bereaved after the passing of his guardian who raised him at a children’s home.
Kevin Bahati who lost his single mum when he was still young was taken in at ABC Children’s home under the care of one great Geroge Dima. Geroge Dima had been like a father to him as he was always there to take care of his needs with the other kids.

A sad morning it’s waking up to the news that One of Of my Guardian and Caretakers at ABC KENYA children’s home has passed on…. He was always devoted to make us feel loved… He worked hard to take the empty space left as a parent…. To me he was like a father::; I pray to God that He may strengthen those left behind:::: the family en entire ABC KENYA Orphans…. We loved but God loved you more::: R. I. P Geroge Dima
