Yvonne Maingey has left NTV.
Yvonne Maingey was one of the beautiful faces that NMG had employed to attract more viewers to their platform but it seems they will have to strategize again as the adorable lady has left to pursue her studies. Yvonne Maingey was part of the 3 anchors whom NTV unveiled as their new prime time news casters alongside Trevor Ombicha and Gladys Gachanja.
On a brief note she said that she will be taking time off to pursue her PHD studies and thanked everyone who supported her.
“Officially taking time off to focus on completing my PHD studies. Thank you for all the support and encouragement as I have learn’t alot in this season.”
Temporary or not this can not be verified as many presenters who leave their jobs to pursue their studies never make it back that easily. It actually depends on the agreement that she has with NTV but only time will tell.
Yvonne Maingey rose to fame years ago while hosting a show on KTN called Club Kiboko and her return as a news anchor created a buzz on how time flies and positions change.
