God has given us Supportive Media Personalities, DJs & Loyal fans but we have let you down. Our Focus has been making Hit songs, Scandals & Headlines and we are not Proud of Our Lord God & Savior JESUS CHRIST. Yes We Forgot the “CALLING” and Ministry… I personally feel my Last Gospel Song was “BARUA” in 2014 nanimechangia Sana kupaka Jina la Yesu Matope… LORD PLEASE FORGIVE ME 🙏 Some People might see this as Self Crucification but NO!!! Bahati became the 1st artiste in Kenya to pull the president from his seat and sit on it while performing his loved song Mama. The singer stretched his hand out to the president in a way of inviting him to the stage to dance with him but no sooner had the president stood than Bahati sat on his seat and performed the song to the 1st lady Margaret Kenyatta.
After the performance twitter went wild with mixed reactions but on his hand Bahati was excited about it.

Gospel artiste Bahati has finally broken the silence by releasing a song titled ‘Itakuwa Sawa’ and before that noting an open letter revealing why he went silent for over 3 weeks on social media.

Have ever screen shot of how much I pay the doctors monthly??? Have i ever asked anyone for sponsorship??? Then why is this happening to me??? At my age I try my best that’s why in pain I just took time off to ask God if this is Worth my pain and He just made me realise this is Just the beginning my work has not yet started. Gospel artiste Kevin Bahati broke down into tears after losing one of his greatest fans to cancer. 12 year old Charity who had been diagnosed with Cancer at Kenyatta National Hospital passed on December 28th just days before the start of the new year.
“It was the Most Painful Moment ever Since I came to this Music Ministry. Seeing One of us go back to Dust. You’re not my Fans, You’re My Family. And we will Stand Together even in the Darkest Hours!!!” , Bahati mourned on his social media handles after the burial.
Charity was finally laid to rest on Tuesday at her rural home in Murang’a County. The ‘Barua’ hitmaker was present to bid Charity farewell and offer support to her family.
Charity had her left leg amputated and was in the last stage of her cancer treatment. Her wish before she left was to have the Groove Awards Male artist of the year visit her, pray and sing with her.
Gospel artiste Willy Paul on Saturday noted down a heartfelt letter to Bahati months after they were reconciled un knowingly at Groove Awards nomination gala at Arboretum Grounds. The two budding gospel artistes who have been seen as ‘competitors’ in the music industry created a big controversy when Bahati allegedly stated that Willy Paul had stolen his songs.
Willy Paul on his part never responded to that allegation but on Saturday he penned a note apologizing for any wrong done towards Bahati who scooped Male artiste of the year at Groove Awards 2015.

We are supposed to be one.. so my brother @bahatikenya let’s come together… put our differences aside and join hands in taking our ministries to the next level….. I know men have an ego but I put mine down to bring peace among us.
I remember when we first both won, we were best of friends. I won the male artist 2013 and you won the new artist 2012… and we were both happy… we spent the night at my place with joy in our eyes as brothers … I wonder what happened… am writing this from deep down my heart.. we have given the devil a chance in our lives and that’s why all these is happening… it’s time to chase away the devil… Again, let’s not make it look like a competition coz that’s not what it is… it’s ministry.. and the only way we can do that is by forgiving one another, working together and moving forward… am ready to work with you anytime bro. Gospel artiste Bahati is coming back to Kenya after his successful tour in USA where he headlined the Sauti Awards among other artistes like Eunice Njeri , David Keen, Kambua , Alemba and Kenn Eddy Krezi.
Bahati who has a huge following has been on the minds of many youthful Christians since he left for USA. The artiste shared a picture of him cladding a wear with the front branded Kenya 254 showing that he was actually returning back to the country.
After returning back to the country, Bahati will be going to Uganda where he will having another concert on 23rd of August.
