Gospel Singer Yolanda Adams who has sold 4.5 million albums since 1991 in the United States, and nearly 8 million albums worldwide according to SoundScan was honored at the 20th in New Orleans by several of her friends and peers.
Donnie McClurkin hosted the tribute and featured performances by Erica Campbell, Kim Burrell, Jonathan McReynolds, Kierra Sheard, Sheri Jones Moffett, James Fortune & FIYA and The Walls Group.
On his statement before the event, the renown worship singer Donnie Mc Clurkin said:
“To host and honor Yolanda — who is such a concentrated focus, hard worker — is an honor. Everything she does, she does with everything that’s in her. I’m just very happy to take this time to honor her and join different artists to do so.”
